Cancellations:
If for any reason you cancel an order for items that have not been shipped, after the order was placed and charged, We will have to charge you a 3% fee of the total amount of your order (this is our cost that we pay to the credit card companies for charging and refunding the money).

If you are not happy with your order? That is OK! We are making it easy for you to get a full refund on your order (less our shipping cost & a handling fee of 5% of the order with a minimum of $3.- but not more than $15.-), for items eligible for return (over 95% of items are). There is no hidden or restocking fee. Our VERY generous return policy gives you, the customer, the ability to return any unopened eligible merchandise in resalable condition within 30 days of the original shipping date. All items we sell at GOSTRINGS are covered by some manufacturer's warranty against defects.
Pick up:
To pick up any items at our warehouse at 253 west 28th street, unit #4. The items have to be first ordered and paid for online. Mention on the order comments section that you want to pick up the order yourself. Then please call our staff at the warehouse 1-646-398-7891. Give your order number and ask if the items can be picked, at what time.
